Our Staff

At Little Daydreamers 1 we believe in selecting our teachers to meet the needs of your children. Our team members are chosen for their warmth, education and experience.

Little Daydreamers staff participate in professional development through ongoing staff development and continuing education courses. Each staff member must complete30hours of training per year.

Before any staff member is placed in a care position, they must complete a thorough screening process. Our screening process includes but is not limited to application, criminal history background checks by FBI and NY State Police as well as child abuse clearances, complete physical including TB screening, personal and work references and verification of Education. This is to ensure that the staff member will be able to comply with Little Daydramers learning center's rigorous standards and state government regulations before being placed in the classroom.

All staff members are certified in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid.
